The Irene Dunne Guild is one of Saint John’s Health Center's most vital philanthropic and service groups. Founded by the late actress Irene Dunne in 1987, the Guild has raised over $16 million to benefit Saint John’s Health Center programs, equipment and special projects.

Irene Dunne Guild members have been serving the health center for 37 years and remain committed to strengthening Saint John’s for our community. Like our namesake, Irene Dunne, we put our hearts forward, finding innovative ways to raise funds, comfort patients, educate our community, and nurture the Health Center's mission of compassionate care. We raise funds through our annual Patron Drive Fund and Think Pink for Women's Wellness to help Saint John's provide leading-edge medicine with unwavering compassion and personalized care. On November 13th, the Irene Dunne Guild held its Annual Luncheon and Installation of Officers 2026 at the Del Rey Yacht Club. Co-chaired by Christina Arechaederra and Kristin Keefe, the event brought members together to celebrate another year of service.
At the Luncheon, the Guild installed its 2026 Board of Directors Officers. Guests heard remarks from Sheryl Bourgeois, President and CEO of the Saint John’s Health Center Foundation, and Michael Ricks, Chief Executive of Providence Saint John’s Health Center, both expressing heartfelt gratitude for the Guild’s continued support. The Guild also warmly welcomed its newest IDG members, Gillian Clow, Yale Kino, Valerie Nelson, Elise Reagan, Ilene Roper, and Sunday Taylor, as well as its new Women Physicians of the IDG: Dr. Marisa Gigg, Dr. Tyffany Caldwell, and Dr. Joanne Low. Several of the new members were present at the luncheon, celebrating the growth and ongoing strength of the Guild community. |
