BENEFIT FUND DONATION

Guild Members can fill out below form to make their 2025 Benefit contribution which is due by December 13.

​The Benefit Fund donation goes directly to Saint John’s Foundation and you will receive an e-mail confirmation from the Foundation.
This gift is 100% tax deductible.
Payment for Annual Dues, covering administration costs of the Guild, is also due December 15 and can be paid at Online Payments.
